DR CHIDI LLOYD WITNESSES THE GROUND BREAKING CEREMONY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ENEKA INTERNAL ROADS ENVISIONED BY RIVERS STATE GOVERNMENT

Chairman of Emohua LGA, Dr. Chidi Lloyd was amongst dignitaries who attended the ground-breaking ceremony for the construction of Eneka internal roads envisioned by Rivers State government.

The ground breaking ceremony held at Eneka town, Obio-Akpor LGA, Rivers State on Monday was performed by H.E Nyesom Ezenwo Wike.
